All cases involving the offense codes below and having to do with registration, tagging and display of tags, the bond amount shall be $152.00. If you produce documentation or evidence indicating that the vehicle is properly registered, tagged and displayed, the bond will be reduced to $45.00 for said offenses.
All cases involving the offense codes below having to do with class, possession, up‐to‐date and display of driver licenses, the bond amount shall be $119.00. If you produce a current, valid Class C or Class C with M (motorcycle) designation, the bond will be reduced to $45.00 for said offenses.
All cases involving the offense codes below having to do with equipment and windshields, the bond amount shall be $119.00. If you produce a receipt or other evidence of repair or removal or alteration, the bond will be reduced to $45.00 for said offenses.
