Welcome to the Mediation Center of the Pacific's (MCP) online mediation program (OMP). We are delighted that you have chosen to use online mediation, it is a convenient and flexible way to negotiate customized solutions to disputes without ever leaving your home or office. Through MCP's online mediation program, you and the person you are in conflict with will communicate via a private online "chat room". An impartial mediator will assist you with exploring potential solutions to your conflict and negotiating an agreement. If an agreement is reached, the mediator will memorialize the terms of the agreement which each of you will sign electronically.
Online mediation enables you to resolve your disputes in a timely, cost efficient manner that avoids the frustration and expenditure of going to court. You are the master of creating a solution on your time.
