20th Circuit Court provides dispute resolution for parties regarding parenting time matters. The Investigator is a neutral third party that is involved to help the parties communicate and potentially resolve their disputed issues. Online dispute resolution is an opportunity for the parties to make their own decisions regarding their children and financial matters. If an agreement is reached during the process, the Investigator will prepare the legal document for all parties to review and sign. The agreement will then be submitted to the Court for consideration, and when signed, your hearing will be cancelled if you resolve all disputed issues during the process.
