This site is for motorist who have received a traffic ticket within the City of Rochester limits after April, 23, 2018. The use of this system requires an agreement to certain limitations and cannot be sued for legal requests or demand.

You may not use this system if:
- You are not the defendant who received the ticket; or
- You do not have the ticket number, a driver's license or all the information required by the system; or
- You received a ticket for speeding 41 miles per hour over the speed limit or greater (ex. 96 mph in a 55 mph zone; 81 mph in a 40 mph zone, etc.) ; or
- You are requesting a "supporting deposition"; or
- The charge is a third speed in 18 months, a misdemeanor or other non-plea offense.
YOU MAY USE THIS SYSTEM FOR ONE OF THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
- I understand that if the prosecutor offers a plea bargain, I may accept or reject the offer.
- I understand that if I accept the offer, I am pleading guilty to the agreed upon charge(s) and fine(s) and must pay the agreed upon fine.
- I am pleading guilty. I do not want to be considered for a reduction of the charge(s) or be considered for less or no points. I just want to plead guilty to the charge(s), pay my fine(s) and accept the consequences of a guilty plea to the charge(s). I understand that upon a plea of guilty to the charge(s):
- A Plea of GUILTY to this charge is equivalent to a conviction after trial. If you are convicted, not only will you be liable to a penalty, but in addition your license to drive a motor vehicle or motorcycle, may be subject to suspension and revocation as prescribed by law.
- Conviction may subject you to a mandatory surcharge and/or Driver Responsibility Assessment as prescribed by law.
- Your failure to respond may result in a suspension of your driver's license and/or a default judgement against you.
- A fine will be set and I will be responsible for payment in full by the due date indicated on the Agency notice.
